About this role
AIA is hiring a recruitment professional embedded in the Marketing, Distribution & Partnership team to support recruitment and selection across all distribution channels. The role focuses on sourcing, selection, employer branding, candidate experience and ATS/reporting to ensure branches are staffed to meet business goals. You will liaise with channel sales and external partners while ensuring compliance with Indonesian employment law.
