Recruitment & Onboarding Manager

The Recruitment & Onboarding Manager leads staff recruitment and onboarding activities across The Marine Mammal Center, managing the full hiring lifecycle from candidate sourcing to selection and pre-boarding. This role serves as the primary contact for candidates and new employees while providing hiring managers with tools and process support to ensure consistent, equitable, and effective hiring practices. The position also involves maintaining recruitment records, tracking outcomes, and identifying opportunities to enhance the candidate and employee experience.
