Recruitment Resourcer – Built Environment

The Recruitment Resourcer will drive the identification, attraction, and screening of high-calibre candidates across architecture, engineering, and technical disciplines. This role involves building talent pipelines, conducting candidate research, and supporting consultants with interview coordination and candidate care. The position requires a commercially-minded individual with experience in recruitment support and a strong interest in the Built Environment.
