Recruitment & Resourcing Manager

This role acts as a trusted talent partner to leaders across the business, owning the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical and non-technical roles. The position is central to activating the talent acquisition strategy by proactively sourcing, headhunting, and building talent pipelines while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. It involves collaborating with the wider People team to align talent acquisition with workforce planning, development, and retention initiatives.
