Recruitment Specialist Tech

The Recruitment Specialist Tech is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of junior Tech Consultants at KPMG Netherlands, from intake to contract. This role involves actively sourcing scarce profiles, building talent pools, and advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies within a complex matrix organization. The position focuses on optimizing the recruitment process, managing stakeholder expectations, and contributing to the Campus focus team.
