Recruitment Specialist Tech

The Recruitment Specialist Tech is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of junior Tech Consultants at KPMG Netherlands, from initial intake to contract signing. This role involves actively sourcing scarce profiles, building talent pools, and advising hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies within a complex matrix organization. The specialist optimizes the recruitment process, manages stakeholder expectations, and contributes to the Campus focus team while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
