Recruitment Specialist

This role provides recruitment services and resources to business and community partners, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from receiving job orders to sourcing candidates and facilitating hiring events. The position supports WIOA program objectives by coordinating job fairs, networking events, and marketing strategies while administering the First Source Job Ordinance. Additionally, the specialist performs job coaching and case management for jobseekers, assessing their needs and developing individual employment plans.
