Downer is seeking an experienced Recycle Foreperson to oversee and drive the day-to-day operations of its Reclaimed Asphalt Pavements facility in Bayswater, ensuring efficient production and safe work practices. This hands-on leadership role involves supervising RAP operations, maintaining plant equipment, and collaborating with production, maintenance, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality processed products.
