Red Shield Youth Center Program Director

This position is responsible for planning and directing center-wide program services with broad oversight of program activities. The role involves planning, developing, training, and providing daily supervision of program operations, volunteers, and staff to ensure safe and positive impacts on youth. The position also includes driving a Salvation Army vehicle to transport youth members and staff to and from the center and community events.
