Red Team Lead

The Red Team Lead role involves leading and developing SEB's red team capability by combining hands-on offensive security expertise with technical leadership and stakeholder coordination. This senior, hands-on position focuses on leading complex red and purple team engagements, adversary emulation, and the responsible operationalization of AI-assisted offensive security. The role aims to strengthen detection and response capabilities while translating realistic attack scenarios into measurable risk reduction.
