Red Team Operator

The Red Team Operator role involves planning and executing full-scope red team engagements against mature targets, developing custom TTPs to bypass modern defensive tooling, and building bespoke tooling and implants. The position requires hands-on experience in multi-phase red team operations, proficiency in offensive tooling development, and a solid understanding of Linux and Windows environments. Candidates must be eligible for UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance and be willing to commute to the Basingstoke office.
