Redemption Supervisor

HNS Recovery is seeking a Redemption Supervisor to join their in-office team in Plano, Texas, reporting directly to the AR Manager. This role is responsible for managing the redemption email inbox, coordinating third-party releases, and overseeing the full Property Letter process from creation to mailing. The position serves as the final checkpoint for approving Vehicle Recovery and Personal Property appointments while ensuring accurate paperwork and timely communication.
