About this role
The Reentry Therapist provides assessment and treatment coordination for individuals transitioning from closed custody to community settings as part of Cherry Health’s Person Centered Reentry Services. The role is based at the Community Treatment Center in Detroit and supports residential reentry programming, including intake, treatment planning, and pro-social group facilitation. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible onsite position.

Qualifications
