Reentry Transitional Coach

The Reentry Transitional Coach supports young men and women aged 17-26 returning from incarceration in Stamford, CT, by providing the skills, competencies, and resources needed to remain arrest-free and gain employment. This role involves building trusting relationships, facilitating workforce development and life skills training, and connecting participants with community resources both inside prison and upon release. The position requires working with diverse populations, managing data, and collaborating with various community and institutional partners to break the cycle of incarceration.
