About this role

The Reference Standard and Development Stability Scientist is a senior technical leader responsible for the technical integrity and compliance of Lilly's development stability studies, reference standards, and critical materials. This role influences drug development, product registration, and marketed product support by ensuring stability studies are properly designed and suitable reference standards are available. The scientist sets technical direction, partners with global teams, and serves as a technical resource and mentor within the Corporate Reference Standards Organization.

Responsibilities

Lead global technical teams to resolve complex reference standard and stability problems
Set technical strategy for source material selection, packaging, and analytical control
Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements for stability studies
