Referent Group & Regulatory Compliance m/f/d

The Referent Group & Regulatory Compliance serves as the central contact person for group companies within the DZ BANK AG, conducting regular status meetings and strengthening compliance culture through active networking. The role involves supporting the further development of the group-wide compliance management system, optimizing compliance standards, and assisting in the preparation and follow-up of committee meetings. Additionally, the position is responsible for creating the annual compliance report, advising specialists and executives on compliance matters, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
