Referral Clerk

The Referral Clerk processes physician referral and re-referral requests, determines outpatient appointment priority, and books related appointments and special procedures. This role involves managing patient documentation, searching for and entering data into the computerized information system, and ensuring a safe and respectful working environment. The position supports a patient, client, and family-centred model of care within the Health Information Management department.
