Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for all incoming referrals
• Handle patient and referral source calls with professional phone etiquette
• Maintain patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Provide accurate information on services, registration process, and referral procedures
• Manage and update referral source relationships and documentation
