Referral Coordinator

The Referral Coordinator plays a key role in the clinical team by managing all patient referrals as requested by providers. This involves scheduling necessary appointments, coordinating with patients and outside providers, and ensuring patients are notified with any required instructions. The role also includes entering referrals into the eCW system, tracking reports, and maintaining patient records.
