Referral Coordinator

The Referral Coordinator manages and processes incoming patient referrals through multiple platforms, ensuring they are accurately received, scheduled, and closed according to established protocols. This role involves using the NextGen EMR system to schedule appointments, update patient records, and verify insurance information while maintaining excellent customer service. The position may also require assisting with inbound patient calls during periods of high call center volume.
