Referral Coordinator

The Referral Coordinator serves as a liaison between patients and outside services, coordinating referrals to ensure patients receive necessary information and support for scheduling appointments and accessing essential services. This role provides administrative and coordination support to medical, dental, and behavioral health teams, handling communication, referral processing, insurance verification, and data gathering. The position is a full-time, onsite role operating Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
