Referral Responder

The Referral Responder serves as the primary clinical referral management professional for LifeLink Foundation, handling the evaluation, coordination, and progression of potential organ and tissue donor referrals. This role involves receiving donor referrals, reviewing medical records, documenting clinical information, and working with hospital teams to ensure consistent and prompt donor evaluation in line with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
