Referral Specialist

The Referral Specialist manages internal and external referrals across UChicago Medicine’s ambulatory and outpatient sites, supporting scheduling, financial clearance, and patient communication. The role involves extensive patient outreach via phone, MyChart, and email, and collaborates with Access Center Scheduling, clinic, and revenue cycle teams to ensure timely conversion of referrals to visits.
