Referrals and Authorization Specialist

The Referral and Authorization Specialist at Martin’s Point Health Care manages end-to-end referral and prior authorization processes to ensure patients receive timely, coordinated care. As part of the Centralized Services team, the role liaises between internal providers, external specialists, pharmacies, facilities, and health plans to process referrals, pre-certifications, and authorizations in support of quality care delivery.
