Reformer Pilates Instructor

This position instructs safe, engaging, and effective reformer-based Pilates group workouts for participants, focusing on control, breath, proper alignment, and concentration to build strength, stability, and flexibility. The role supports the YMCA's mission by fostering a positive community environment and modifying classes to meet varied health, ability, and cultural needs. Instructors are responsible for leading classes, tracking attendance, and promoting the program to members.
