Refractory Laborer

The Refractory Laborer applies refractory materials using specialized equipment to line and repair furnaces, ladles, and other high-temperature equipment within a steel mill environment. The role involves mixing materials, maintaining equipment and tools, and operating machinery in extreme temperatures. Candidates must be mechanically inclined and able to work swing shifts and 12-hour shifts as needed.
