Refractory Support Specialist I

The Refractory Support Specialist I serves as an on-site technical liaison for HarbisonWalker International, providing first-call support to one or two accounts while collaborating with internal Customer Service and Sales teams. This labor-intensive role involves assisting customers with the lining, relining, and repair of furnaces, ladles, and tundishes to ensure optimal product performance. The position requires hands-on installation of various refractory materials, conducting inspections, and maintaining safety and inventory standards.
