Refrigeration Technician

Henderson Building Solutions is seeking a Refrigeration Technician to support the startup, testing, commissioning, and optimization of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems across the United States. This role involves working hands-on with large-scale systems, performing diagnostics, controls verification, and troubleshooting for ammonia, CO2 transcritical, and hybrid refrigeration systems. The position requires regular travel to project sites to ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and as designed before turnover to the end user.
