The Refuge Information Technician serves as a liaison between a wildlife refuge and Alaska Native villages in the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta, managing communication and collaboration on refuge programs. This temporary role gathers and conveys traditional knowledge, community concerns, and regulatory information to support cooperative resource management and culturally appropriate outreach. The position requires frequent travel to remote communities and development of educational materials and community events.
