Refuse and Cleansing Operative

Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking a Refuse and Cleansing Operative to provide an effective and efficient cleansing and waste collection service across the county borough. This physically demanding outdoor role involves duties such as litter picking, sweeping, removing waste, and supporting refuse rounds in all weather conditions. The position requires flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and varying shift patterns as directed by the Supervisor.
