About this role

This role ensures a controlled documentation system and record retention processes compliant with regulatory requirements. Candidates will maintain technical and non-technical documentation systems, enforce formatting standards, and report adverse events related to Sandoz products. The position involves coordinating regulatory dossiers, analyzing data, and maintaining contact with local, regional, and unit customers to support operational execution.

Responsibilities

Maintain technical and non-technical documentation systems in accordance with regulatory requirements
Classify and maintain records to ensure effectiveness of information services
Report technical complaints and adverse events related to Sandoz products within 24 hours
Coordinate assembly of regulatory dossiers and extract pertinent information from data
Enforce documentation formatting standards and operating procedure requirements
