Region 4 Coalition Manager

The Region 4 Coalition Manager at Ball State University coordinates efforts with 24 grant-funded community agency stakeholders across 10 rural counties in East Central Indiana as part of the Growing Rural Opportunities for Well-being (GROW) Regional Grant Program.
