Region Manager

The Region Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Monarch's East Coast operations, managing multiple branch locations to drive financial success, customer retention, and safety performance. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives, develop high-performing leaders, and ensure consistent operational excellence across the region. The position is accountable for regional P&L performance, business strategy, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
