The Regional Account Manager – Rare Disease is a critical commercial role responsible for expanding the diagnosed patient population and driving appropriate treatment initiation through education-driven, data-informed field engagement. The RAM complements the Regional Business Manager by focusing on new and earlier patient identification, diagnostic pathway enablement, and referral-network activation. The role acts as a field integrator across the local ecosystem and collaborates with RBMs and cross-functional partners to enable earlier disease recognition and patient handoffs.
