Regional Association Manager (RAM)

The Regional Association Manager is responsible for executing the business plan for an assigned portfolio of communities, ensuring the implementation of corporate policies and procedures while meeting or exceeding client expectations. This role focuses on enhancing the Board Member and Homeowner experiences by coordinating with vendors, managing projects, and maintaining effective communication with governing boards, owners, and vendors. The position requires a proven track record in managing Homeowners' or Condominium Associations and a deep understanding of relevant statutes and regulations.
