The Regional Business Director, Dermatology (Heartland) is a field-based leader responsible for managing a 7–10 person specialty sales team to deliver commercial results for the Dupixent franchise across the Heartland region (Chicago, St. Louis, Milwaukee). The role reports to the Zone Business Director, West and partners with internal colleagues and Regeneron to execute national sales strategy and regional commercialization plans. It requires extensive field engagement and regional leadership to drive performance and growth.
