A Regional Claims Liaison at PCG manages the internal Auto and General Liability claims process, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions by holding vendors and third-party administrators accountable. Reporting to the Manager of Risk & Insurance Claims, this role involves directing investigations, litigation management, and reserving strategies while fostering relationships with branch operations and cross-training across disciplines. The position also includes maintaining digital claim files within the Origami system, providing training on best practices, and delivering high-quality customer service.
