ORAL SURGERY PARTNERS
The Regional Clinical Trainer strengthens the skills and consistency of surgical assistants and back-office clinical teams across the region through hands-on instruction, structured onboarding, and ongoing clinical coaching. This 100% travel-based role provides temporary clinical support during staffing shortages and new provider ramp-ups to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent patient care. The position requires extensive travel between assigned practices to deliver training, assess competencies, and improve back-office workflows.
