Regional Closing Associate

The Regional Closing Associate manages the end-to-end closing process for commercial middle market transactions with minimal supervision. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, relationship managers, outside attorneys, and internal teams to ensure all documentation, regulatory requirements, and approvals are secured prior to funding. The position is accountable for risk management, ensuring accurate deal execution, and delivering a positive customer experience throughout the loan closing lifecycle.
