Regional Collections Specialist

The Regional Collections Specialist prevents accounts from becoming delinquent by monitoring customer accounts and performing in-house collection efforts. The role involves making daily calls to resolve billing issues, processing payments, and coordinating with offsite specialists to manage problem accounts. This position also supports the sales department with account setup and provides backup for customer service and Accounts Receivable functions.
