Regional Communication Manager, Pacific Ocean

The Regional Communication Manager for the Pacific Ocean will structure and lead the communication strategy for the French Development Agency (AFD) across the region, including New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Vanuatu, Fiji, and Papua New Guinea. The role focuses on enhancing AFD's local influence and visibility among professional targets such as public and private counterparts, partners, and local and international media. The manager will develop communication strategies, produce operational tools, manage social media and press relations, and support event organization.
