The Regional Community Manager provides multi-site leadership and operational support for a portfolio of LIHTC and market-rate multi-family properties across Flint, Saginaw, Lansing, Detroit, and Gary, IN. This role supervises Community Managers, ensures consistent performance in leasing, compliance, and resident relations, and serves as the daily operational bridge between onsite teams and the Director of Property Management. The position requires regular travel between sites to conduct site visits, provide coaching, and oversee financial and administrative operations.
