Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for multi-country disaster preparedness operations
Serve as primary interface for DG ECHO and regional partnership stakeholders
Develop and operationalize cross-border anticipatory action protocols and trigger matrices
Oversee consortium governance, budget compliance, and partner performance reviews
Mentor regional program teams and represent the program at global forums
