The Regional Culinary Manager (RCM) is a senior culinary leader responsible for driving culinary excellence, operational consistency, talent development, and financial performance across a multi‑unit portfolio within Aramark’s Collegiate Hospitality segment. Reporting to the Regional Culinary Director, the RCM partners with operations, finance, HR, marketing, and client teams to elevate guest experience, support new business, and implement innovative culinary initiatives while traveling extensively throughout the East Region.
