About this role
The Regional Director will lead go-to-market efforts across a state or multi-state region, overseeing Outreach Directors and Managers to drive patient referrals and admissions. This role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build clinical partnerships, expand market presence, and inform product and marketing strategy. The position is mission-driven and focused on increasing access to virtual behavioral health services for at-risk youth.
