Regional Director, People Partner - EMEA

The Head of EMEA People Business Partner at Addepar leads people strategy for the EMEA region, aligning global talent priorities with regional business needs and enabling growth across the UK, Switzerland, Dubai and other EMEA locations. This senior regional People Team leader will manage a direct report and provide dotted-line leadership to Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and People Operations while collaborating with global centers of excellence. The role requires operating effectively within a U.S.-headquartered environment and maintaining the right to work in the United Kingdom from day one.
