Regional / District Manager – Retail Operations

This field-based role involves leading and overseeing the performance, operations, and teams of multiple retail store locations across the US for a national beauty/specialty retail brand. The position requires extensive travel to drive sales, operational excellence, and champion a customer-first culture while coaching Store Managers. Key responsibilities include owning new store openings end-to-end and managing retail KPIs, P&L, and labor across assigned locations.
