Regional Facilities Technician

The Regional Facilities Technician is responsible for comprehensive inspection, maintenance, and general repairs on properties in Marquette County and retail locations throughout the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This role involves hands-on maintenance, proactive preventative care, and vendor/contractor coordination to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety standards. The position requires travel throughout the region and may involve additional support outside the current area as needed.
