Regional Growth Manager

The Regional Growth Manager drives patient referral volume and supports facility growth across assigned healthcare facilities by developing referral relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, schools, employers, and community organizations. This field-based role focuses on executing local marketing initiatives to generate patient acquisition opportunities while strengthening community partnerships and increasing brand awareness. The position involves regular in-person outreach, event coordination, and collaboration with Corporate Marketing and facility leadership to meet performance goals.
