Reporting directly to the Hub's Co-Leaders and firm CHROs, this strategic role involves designing people programs, managing a remote HR team, and leveraging AI-enabled insights to drive organizational growth and a positive employee experience. You will partner with creative leaders and regional stakeholders to align HR strategies with the firm's culture and business objectives in the design industry.

Responsibilities

Lead the Hub's global people strategy and organizational development
Oversee talent acquisition, compensation, and total rewards programs
Manage and develop a distributed HR team across multiple locations
Implement AI-enabled insights to enhance talent strategies and outcomes
Resolve employee relations issues and counsel leaders on promotions
